con piacere vi segnalo in edicola il numero 7 di LiguriaFood, bimestrale dedicato all’enogastronomia ligure, che quindi proprio in questi giorni d’autunno “entra” con successo nel suo secondo anno di vita.<br />
Storie d&#8217;impresa, sapori, volti, luoghi, eventi e news, e come sempre una strepitosa copertina, stavolta consacrata alle nocciole del Tigullio. Su questo numero, fra i molti contributi interessanti, Umberto Curti sviluppa, col consueto taglio &#8220;etno-gastronomico&#8221;, origini e caratteristiche della <strong><em><b><i>sardenaira di Sanremo</i></b></em></strong>, street food ormai a denominazione comunale, certamente senza ometterne gli abbinamenti enologici, dal Vermentino di Bussana all&#8217;Ormeasco DOC sciac-trà…<br />
